Shipping & Return Policy

All items you buy from Pursuitin.com will be shipped either through courier or India Post. The shipment of items will vary which is normally 4 to 5 days from the date the order is received.

Items once shipped by us will be notified to you through email with the shipment tracking number so that you can track your order anytime.

You may request returns for most items you buy from Pursuitin.com, except those that are explicitly identified as not returnable. For details of time frame for requesting returns and other criteria please refer to the below given our return policy.

Following is the return policy for all items sold on pursuitin.com

  • Return process can be initiated by the customer within 7 days from the date the order has been received by the customer.
  • Damaged/ defective items must be returned in the original condition they were received in with all the accompanying accessories if any.
  • Customer can request for return within 7 days from date of receiving the item. We won't accept return request after this period is over.
  • Customer request for return will be verified by us and refund will be done if the clauses for return are satisfied.
  • If customer return request does not qualify for refund , we will notify the customer with the reason why refund could not be done.
  • Items can be replaced only if the said item is in stock or else order amount ( excluding shipping cost , taxes if any and other additional cost with the said order ) will be refunded back to the customer.
  • Return pick up facility is not provided by us. Customers need to send back the damaged item  in a good packaging condition. Customer needs to bear the cost of shipment for returning back the product back to us.
  • Once shipped customer should email us at sales@pursuitin.com  with the subject line : Return Order No  with a scan copy of the shipment bill as an attachment.
  • As soon as we receive the damaged item , we will send a coupon code to the customer registered email address. The amount for the coupon code will be exactly the amount of  the customer spend to ship the item back to us.
  • The coupon code will be valid only for 30 days from the date it will be issued on.
  • The coupon code will only work for the said customer account with us.
  • The coupon code can be used only once.

Pursuitin.com will only accept return request if the following criteria are satisfied.

a.  Customer return request has to be made within 7 days from date of receiving the product.

b.  Before you purchase your item make sure the item is refundable. Items that are not returnable will have a " RED " tag " NO RETURN ".

c.  Items damaged while trying to open the package or any wear tear that may happen during trial will not be considered for return or refund.

d.  Customers agree to the fact that they will have to provide the pictures ( clear pictures ) of the damaged item ( particularly of damaged section ) when requested by us to review. 

e.  Items with tag " NO RETURN " cannot be requested for return and refund.

f.   Return request won't qualify for return or refund if the request for return of the item is color variation. Colors may slightly vary or it may not from what you see on your monitor with the actual product . This may be because of monitor resolution or picture tube variances.
