How do I place an order?

Shopping from us is easy !

How can I track my order?

It’s easy !!

Go to you account and then click on the order number which you want to track. A tracking button will be visible only if the shipment has been processed. Click on the track button to track your shipment / order.

How do i redeem my coupon code ?

Coupon codes can be redeemed from my cart or in the check out process.

When are returns not possible ?

There are a few cases where we cannot support returns. They are:

  • When product is damaged because of use or when product is not in the same condition as you received it
  • When anything is missing from the package you’ve received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies & accessories
  • When non-returnable items are involved
  • When items are tampered with

Can i use my facebook account to signup ?

Yes , you can use your facebook account to signup with us.

Is Shipping Free ?

Shipment is not FREE.

Shipment in India is FREE if the order amount is more than INR 500.

International Shipment is not FREE.  International Shipment cost will be displayed in the checkout page. We are charging flat shipment fees for international shipments based on the product purchased. The shipment fees will vary based on the product purchased and the quantity.

I want to place Bulk Orders. Is discount available for Bulk Orders ?

Absolutely Yes. We do give discounts for bulk orders. If you are looking to place bulk orders , please email us at info@pursuitin.com or sales@pursuitin.com or even you can chat live with our agent on the website for any queries you have related to bulk orders.

For Bulk orders , we will provide discount coupons with pricing range. For example ,

If the Order Amount is INR 20,000 , will provide a discount of 15%

If the Order Amount is $ 1000 , we will provide a discount of 18 %  and so on.

 

Is the website secured to process my credit card ?

Definitely Yes. The website is secured through standard SSL . Even our site is McAfee Secure.

Above all the payment gateways have their own high secured protocols in place. You can process your credit card , debit card with confidence on our website.

What is ‘My Account’ & How do I update my information?

It is easy to update your Pursuitin account and view your orders any time through ‘My Account’.To access your account you need to login with your username which is the email address that you have used while you signed up with Pursuitin and a password.

‘My Account’ allows you complete control over your transactions on Pursuitin.You can view your order status , manage/edit your billing and shipping address , phone numbers , change your account password.

Do i have to create/signup to make an order ?

No, its not mandatory that you have to signup to place an order. Pursuitin allows for quick checkout facility which does not require you to signup.

But we recommend that you signup which gives you the privilege to track your order from your account .

From time to time we will run promotions , we will provide coupon code directly to you in your designated email address so that you can receive discounted price in your next purchase.

How do i know that my order has been confirmed ?

Once your order has been logged and payment authorization has been received, Pursuitin begins processing it.
You will receive an email containing the details of your order directly in your email address that you have to provided while making the order. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID, a listing of the item(s) you have ordered.

You will also be notified through email when we have shipped your order to you. Shipping details will be provided with respective tracking number so that you can track your shipment status.

Can i order ” Out Of Stock ” products ?

No, “Out of stock” products are not for sale anymore. Please do not order out of stock products. If you still interested to get an product which is ” Out of Stock ” , please use the contact us form to get in touch with us.

There are some items / products for which we allow back orders . For back orders , the processing of your order will take little more time to dispatch.

How do i pay for my orders ?

Pursuit offers you multiple payment methods. Whatever your online mode of payment, you can rest assured that Pursuitin’s trusted payment gateway partners use secure encryption technology to keep your transaction details confidential at all times.

You may use Internet Banking,Debit Card, Credit Cards to make your purchase.

Pursuitin also accepts payments made using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro  credit/debit cards in India and 21 other countries.

Are there any hidden charges when i make purchase on Pursuitin ?

Absolutely not. The amount that you pay while placing order is the final amount. No other payments needs to be made for your order.

Note : For International customers ( Outside India ) , for shipping of your order there may be custom charges related to your country. Pursuitin does not include / charge any custom duties that may prevail in the customer country . Customer has to solely take care of the custom charges if there any from there end.

 

Can i cancel my order if i don’t want to pay the custom charges ?

In any circumstances , Pursuitin won’t be in a position to accept / refund your order amount due to non-receipt of the order by international customer ( Customers outside India ) , due to non-payment of custom charges that prevail in  customer country. We would request all international customers to read our terms of use and privacy policy before you place an order.

Custom charges if any should have to be paid by the customer. Pursuitin will not be responsible for paying any custom duties for the order placed. Canceling the order or request for refund by the customer due non-payment of custom duties , will not be entertained in any case whatsoever.

Should i have to pay Sales Tax / VAT ?

Since we are selling handicrafts and handmade products , all products are tax exempted.

Customers don’t have to pay any VAT / Sales Tax.

Is Cash on Delivery Option available ?

No at this moment we are not offering Cash on Delivery option.

How do i pay ?

We accept following payments methods currently.

#1 Online Secure Payment through CCavenue – For Customers from India

#2 Online Secure Payment through Paytm – For Customers from India

#3 Direct Bank Transfer – For Customers from India

#4 Paypal – Only for customers outside India.

Customers outside India will have to pay through Paypal as of now. We are working with our partners to offer our international customers with Direct Bank Transfer and Online Secure payment through Ccavenue gateway.
